  • We charge a flat $6.99 shipping, or if your order exceeds $50.00 we ship it free
  • We ship USPS. UPS or Fed Ex depending on the fastest most economical way to ship
  • Please allow 5 to 8 days for your package to arrive, based on your location
  • All packaging is discrete in either plain brown boxes or the standard US Postal service Express / Flat rate boxes
  • The contents are never indicated on the outside of the box. Your privacy is important to us

Returns Policy

Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any item on the site –excluding adult movies – for any reason whatsoever during the first 90 days of ownership.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by:

  • Replacing the original item
  • Substituting or upgrading to a similar or perhaps more suited item in its place
  • Or, refunding your money

We are probably the only adult company that offers this type of guarantee.

Adult DVDs can be returned only if they are unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect. You may return any toy for a refund or replacement within 90 days. All returned toys are destroyed. Please email us for specific instructions before shipping the product.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
